Dispatch Times

I aim to have all orders dispatched within 24 hours.
Orders placed on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.

Delivery

Delivery is currently only available to UK addresses. I hope to have more locations up and running soon!
If you’re not in the UK and wish to buy from me, please contact me.

Samples and small items:

Samples and small items under £10 in value are sent 1st Class Royal Mail. Delivery time is 2-3 days from dispatch.
This is not a tracked service.

All Orders:

All orders over £10 in value are sent Tracked 24 Royal Mail. Delivery time for this is usually next day (not including weekends) however this is not guaranteed. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

FREE DELIVERY:

I offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £50 via Tracked 24 Royal Mail.


    Returns & Refunds

    I really want you to be happy with your purchase, however it’s understandable that when shopping online things can appear different on screen to how they look in hand. For fabrics, trimmings, and other items which are cut/made to order (and as such, non-refundable) it can be useful to order some samples first. This way you can be sure of the colour and feel of a fabric before going all in on it. For all other items I do accept returns.

    I happily accept returns for the following items:

    • Buttons
    • Threads
    • Haberdashery
    • Tools
    • Pre-cut fabric bundles
    • Pre-cut trimming bundles

      I do not accept returns for the following items:

      • Cut to order fabrics
      • Cut to order trims
      • Custom embroidered / printed items
      • Samples
      • Digital products
      • Products no longer in original packaging / resellable condition

      Please get in touch as soon as possible if you wish to initiate a return. Any unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

      Items must be received back within 30 days of you receiving them, in original packaging and good, clean, re-sellable condition. Pre-cut fabrics/trimmings will be measured on return and a full refund will not be granted if they are found to be short.

      Faulty goods

      I carefully check all products before packaging and shipping them out to you, but as I’m only human there’s bound to be something missed at some point. If you discover something in your order to be faulty please get in touch as soon as possible for a refund/replacement.
